A. BTN Snatch Grip Push Press. Heaving Snatch Balance. Snatch Balance, 1.1.1 x 7 sets, 1:30 min ---> 185-205-225x5
B. Push Jerks, 3 x 5 sets, 2 min - start @ 205lb, add 20lb for last 2 sets ---> complete
C1. Flat Bench DB Press @ 30X0, 3-5 reps x 5 sets, 1:30 min ---> 75-85-90-95-100(4)
C2. One Arm DB Rows @ 85# @ 20X0, 6-8/arm x 5 sets, 1:30 min (30 sec b/t arms) ---> oops did 8-10 - 10,10,9,8,8
D1. Bar Dips @ 21X0, AMRAP x 3 sets, 1 min ---> 10,8,7
