MAP Sets - high %'s, low volume

Perform all of the following @ 85-90% effort - be sustainable:
3 x 30 Burpees - no jump @ top, rest same as work
---> 1:13, 1:30, 1:30

3 min extra rest

3 x 1:30 minute on Stair Climber/1:30 min walk
---> level 15 each set, approx 180 steps

3 min extra rest
+
3 x 1:30 minute Run/1:30 min Walk
---> around 400m each set *indoor track
+
3 min extra rest
+
100 unanchored Sit-ups for time
--->1:22/3:07
