77 reps, but upon further review, I had 5 reps @ the 165# weight that were not acceptable so I figured I had 2 options... submit a score of 72 or try it again. I failed my final 3 attempts on my first go so I figured I couldn't do worse than 72... so I did it again
I rested about 45 mins from the end of my first attempt and on the Second go around i got 74 reps, failing one attempt at the end... this saved me 12 places on the workout and 23 places overall but more then anything I learned a few things today and I'll be better at the end of the day because of it
Today was another test of how bad we want it. Let's see what this Wenesday has in store for us! I can't wait to see you attack it again.
