Training

planned a multi modality map session today... 10 min @ 85%/ 5 min recovery x 3.

started with 10 min of:
2 muscle ups
5/arm kb snatch -1 pood
15 20" box jumps

My back was tender going in (from yesterday) and after the first 4 min of this my back cramped up real bad and I moved to the rower for the remainder of the time. back was not feeling any better after some rolling and stretching so I finished off with 2 sets of 10 min on the airdyne. back feels a bit better now
