more issues with back cramping... Steve pointed out some things I could change on kbs and wallballs to
maybe fix back cramping issues which are 2 movements that cause cramping quite a bit

  2. KB swing I was hyper extending the hip at the top
    burpee i was just bending too much
    wallballs, my torso is completely vertical, could help getting further from the wall
