Jamaica Training

This was was a bit of a logistical challenge, not much to work with but here is what I ended up doing.

Ate a lot better then I normally would at an all inclusive. drank very little. not going to feel to bad going home. decided not to train today as I just don't feel like it. I want to enjoy my last day of vacation while I still can. back tomorrow and back to training on sat!

Saturday -
10-1 ladder
strict probated pull up
strict dip
+
GHD like situps
15 x 3; 60s rest

Sunday -
3 min @ 80-85%
soft sand run

2 min rest
3 min @ 80-85%
4 burpees
8 pier jumps (about 24" w/ step down)
16 OH walking lunges in water up to mid thigh

2 min rest
3 min @ 80-85%
soft sand run

2 min rest
3 min @ 80-85%
4 burpees
8 pier jumps (about 24" w/ step down)
16 OH walking lunges in water up to mid thigh

2 min rest
3 min @ 80-85%

Tuesday -
5 sets:
sprint 10 flight of stairs touching every step
7 min rest

Wednesday -
10min @ 80-85%
3 chin ups
6 push ups
9 squats
5 min rest
10 min @ 80-85%
5 DB push press (40#/hand)
10 DB front squat
15 box jump (24"-ish)
5 min rest
10 min @ 80-85%
shuttle run in the sand
30 walking lunges

  1. My favourite workout was with the Pier Jumps and sand running. What a great time in Jamaica!
