Saturday I will get to find out if my strength is catching up to my speed. I have done a lot of weakness training in terms of strength (upper body push/pull + low back as the focus) in the past 6 weeks. Within that a little bit of Anaerobic Lactate power/endurance training and some MAP training.
This is all of the Olympic lifts I have done in the last 6 weeks. Should be a good test to see if supplementary work pays off...
