Airdyne Sprint 20 sec @ 97% x 8 sets, 6 min b/t sets
(perform 4 unbroken HSPU during the rest of every set)
Used the old greasy airdyne that doesn't measure anything. HSPU done to an abmat between 2 blue plates. Hands all the way to the outside. Tried one set with hands covering the holes, much much harder, especially with balance (keeping feet on the wall)
