bwt - 215lbs
attempt 1 - 195lbs x 4 - started off too fast and lost it...
attempt 2 - 195lbs x 14 - this was an absolute failure, it seemed like my right shoulder just stopped working. Very weird
attempt 3 - 175lbs x 15 - had to go with something I know I could make, it was too easy.
