Big Dawg today was a bunch of row sprints and 1 min intervals of double unders... Needless to say, don't think I am quite ready for that high of intensity so I did the CFC WOD:

Wall balls (20# to 10ft)
time: 13:45
Felt pretty decent... this was a lung burner for sure and a good moderate intensity WOD to get back into the swing of things. Started get pretty gassed towards the end but was able to kick it into high gear for rounds 9-6-3.
