Testing

Tested all of these 5 weeks ago
A. Back Squat @ 30X0, 1 RM (362 previous)
372, failed 382(low back still crumbling) 10# improvement
B. 45 Deg Incline Bench Press @ 40X0, 18" width (208 previous)
232, failed 240. 24# improvement
C. 800m Run @ 100% x 1 set (2:44 previous)
2:44 again, felt different this time 1:22 on the first 400m. Paced first 400 too slow
