Monday Training

5 x 3 minute sets @ 80% effort:
3 chin-ups
6 walking lunges
3 pub
6 box jumps - 24" - step down each rep
3 toes to bar
6 wall balls - 20#
--3 min rest after each set

2+BJ x 3, 2+PUB, 2 + walking lunges.

no gas today, box jumps got hard and slow....
