Training

5 x 60 sec run @ 97%, walk/rest 8 min (perform 3 wall climbs after every set)
only made it through 4 sets... slowed down alot of 4th set due to cramping, struggle to breathe

GH Sit-ups, 25-20-15-10 unbroken for time
