B. Right Leg DB Split Squat @ 30X0, 6 x 5 sets, 60 sec
complete, actually pretty easy
C. Left Leg DB Split Squat @ 30X0, 6 x 5 sets, 60 sec
complete, harder on this leg
D. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
1 Dip + 25lb DB
1 Supinated Chin-up + 25 lb DB
43 reps, dip was easy, chin up was tough
