During my prep at work I was able to squeeze in a training session at the school's gym. I love that I have this capability and I don't take advantage of it that often. I can pretty much do anything I need to, just have to tweak it a bit. I try to get my work done during my preps so that I don't have to take my work home, so it is just about finding a good balance... Anywhos I got the chance to get one in today.
1030am training:
A1. Power Snatch - 2-3 x 3; rest 20 sec
80kg/90kg/95kg
A2. Max Vertical Jump - 2-3 x 3; rest 4 min
(10 sec b/t attempts)
subbed 54" box jumps
B. Power Snatch x 1/Snatch Balance x 2/OHS x 3; rest 2 min x 3
95kg for all sets. Only 1 OHS on first set, lost it behind me
C1. KBS heavy x 6; rest 10 sec
had to use a 70# DB, this was too easy but it was the biggest DB there
C2. Knee Tucks - 6 rebounding tucks; rest 2 min x 3

Got in part 2 after school at CFC:
5 sets @ 97%:
10 hang squat clean - 95#/65#
10 burpees
10 chin ups
10 burpees
35 double unders
rest only through breathing; no activity 5 min b/t sets
all times were between 2:14-2:47... friggen burpees are tough when your a fat asslucky for me there are 60 burpees in workout 11.4. All is good though, this WOD doesn't scare me... geter' done!
