CrossFit Sub Zero Intergalactic Throwdown

Event # 1:

3 rounds:
30 DU's
20 C2B chins
10 burpees

then
10 deadlifts @ 315#
10 C & J @ 185#

Time - 9:45

Event # 2:

In 10 mins:
4 min row for meters
1 min transition
5 min for 1RM front squat

1222m row + 335# FS = 1557 total score

Event # 3

AMRAP in 7mins:
HSPU
Back squat @ 135#

pick your poison (2 pts for each HSPU, 1 point for back squat)

Score - 34x2 + 41 = 109

pretty happy with my progress... 5 weeks till sectionals, I should be ready.
