Hill Runs:
10 min run warm up @ easy pace
then..
8 sets of 25 sec sprints
Walk down rest for 3:35
rest 10 min b/t sets 4 and 5
then..
10 min run cool down @ easy pace

These hurt real bad! I exploded several times. Recorded HR before and after just for shits and giggles. I missed a few starting HR:
