Jan 12th training

worked on power cleans and push jerks. First time in over 2 months since my broken foot. Felt rusty as shit. Power is still there but coordination and technique are off.

Worked up to 110kg power clean... the first pull felt awful, 2nd pull was lazy and the 3rd pull felt early and late at the same time, really weird. nothin but a peanut but it was ugly.

Worked up to 198# push jerk. my hip drive felt good but my push under the bar felt a little late and thus I was pressing out at times. couldn't find a solid overhead position tonight, felt as though the weight was getting behind me. I was having issues with my overhead position in both the jerk and the snatch before I injured my foot so I need to work on it.
