A1. Muscle Snatch, 3-3-3-3-3 ; rest as needed - subbed DB Muscle Snatch (3/arm)
A2. Dips, 1-2-3-4-5 ; rest as needed

B1. L-Pull ups, AMRAP x 3; 60s - subbed AMRAP Strict PU's and AMSAP L-sit
B2. Pushups, 20 x 3; 60s
A1 - 60-75-65-65-65
A2 - 80(3)-70(4-3-2-1)
B1. can't remember
B2. unbroken and sorta fast
