Saturday Training

Did this one on the lunch break at CrossFit oly lifting course... got some stellar tips from coach B

A. Snatch Balance. OHS, 1.3 x 3 sets, 180 sec - only one tough set
225-235-245
B. Power Clean and Split Jerk, 1.3 x 3 sets, 180 sec - only one tough set
225-245-275
C1. Hang Power Snatch @ 135#, 6 x 3 sets, 0 sec
C2. Push-up Burpees, 10 reps jump to touch 9 ft target x 3 sets, 90 sec
complete
