Jan 18th Training

Deadlift - 1-1-1-1-1-1 ; 60s
Weights set ahead of time - 309,349,379,399,409,419
+
10 rounds for time
5 KBS - 2.5 pood
5 C2B chin ups
+
GHD situps, 10x5; 60s

Deadlifts felt strong all the way through. a little bit of trouble keeping the "core tight"
Metcon - 6:00 - 2.5 pood KB is heavy as fuck!
GHD situps were quick and explosive all the way through, was suppose to do 30s rest, oops
