40 unbroken double unders
25 unbroken chin ups
rest 6+ hours
WOD 4:
"Tall Karren"
150 wall balls - 20#/14# to 11ft
Times:
WOD #3 - Didn't finish.... Sleep country called to meet them for our new mattress. First round unbroken. Second round pullups 19-6. Third round, just got it done cause I had to go.
WOD #4- 7:50 - back was what was giving for this one, not sure why.
Notes: still sick...
